Activity Based Costing:
When combined
with our Labor and Time
Attendance module, you can track
employee labor and team labor
for all of the manufacturing
work orders to get a cost per
each work order. Adding the fact
that ASCTrac knows what each
work order has consumed (the
exact inventory plus labor),
plus shrinkage less scraps and
rejects, you get the needed
accuracy in costing that you
need to determine profit levels
of each product run.
Supply Chain Visibility:
With the ASC
manufacturing modules, you have
a clear picture of the products
being produced, the dates at
which products will be
available, the dates that
components will be required for
production, lead times, EDI/ASN
connectivity, host ERP
connectivity for financials, and
