For example, the Manufacturing Work Orders module is a very complete manufacturing solution that is used by our clients to manufacture food products, pharmaceutical items (including narcotics controlled items), consumer goods, paper and printed products, automotive, and many other types of products. The MRP module is used to auto-generate work orders or purchase orders depending upon how you have it configured, and the Demand Forecasting module provides a future projection of demand for planning purposes.

Our modules are totally integrated with the warehouse modules and other automated interfaces to track all components throughout the entire manufacturing process.

Real time to your supply chain, it utilizes mobile devices at the point-of-activity to verify all inventory, lot, and QC actions.

Full Traceability - Lean Accounting Methods:

From raw materials through the finished goods process, ASCTrac manufacturing seamlessly tracks the lot numbers, inventory, tools, and even labor to give you a complete picture of your manufacturing facility in real time. It even interfaces to automated metering devices for Kanban items, silos, testers, etc. Advanced automated back-flushing and discreet consumption are just a few of the many features of the products.

Used in many different industries, it is well seasoned for any type of product or manufacturing type. For example, process manufacturing, discreet manufacturing, and even assembly line automation uses Lean Accounting principles.

Easy to Setup and View Information:

Visual manufacturing setups allow easy bill-of-materials and kit or assembly configurations. It is easy to set up a multi-level assembly and you can visually review all of the component levels with labor steps. It is seamlessly attached to the item attributes and all of the manufacturing attributes that are required for your products. Combining the views to all of your Purchase Orders and Customer Orders, you have full ability to do MRP planning if desired. Combine with our Demand Planning and Forecasting for an even better picture of your supply chain manufacturing processes.

Activity Based Costing:

When combined with our Labor and Time Attendance module, you can track employee labor and team labor for all of the manufacturing work orders to get a cost per each work order. Adding the fact that ASCTrac knows what each work order has consumed (the exact inventory plus labor), plus shrinkage less scraps and rejects, you get the needed accuracy in costing that you need to determine profit levels of each product run.

Supply Chain Visibility:

With the ASC manufacturing modules, you have a clear picture of the products being produced, the dates at which products will be available, the dates that components will be required for production, lead times, EDI/ASN connectivity, host ERP connectivity for financials, and many other features. We can even use the EDI to drive the automated work orders module for automated work order creation all the way from replenishment to any parent/child work order sequence.
