ASC ArmoredTrac®

ArmoredTrac® is a software solution developed by ASC specifically for the Armored Car Industry. Using bar coded automatic identification and ruggedized mobile computers, ArmoredTrac® tracks, insures, and traces the chain-of-custody for cash, checks, coin, and other monetary collateral are picked-up and/or delivered throughout an armored car’s daily route. Transactions can be processed in real-time using a wireless WAN, or collected in a “batch” mode and uploaded to the ArmoredTrac® host at the end of the day.

Global Position Satellite (GPS)* data can optionally be provided for tracking vehicle whereabouts, either on-demand for real-time queries, or stored on timed basis for “playback” of a given route at a later date (“proof of location”). ArmoredTrac® has built-in event monitoring for internal security alerts - silent or audible alerts - to provide “tamper-proof” internal security.

ArmoredTrac® also supports ATM fulfillment, vault check-in, real-time inventory visibility, optional remote control functions for shutting down a vehicle in an emergency situation, and internet based reporting for pick-up/delivery tracking.

Field Proven:

ArmoredTrac® is a mature, field proven solution that has been deployed by multiple armored car carriers throughout North America and by members of the Independent Armored Car Operators Association (IACOA). It is also deployed by many banks in the USA.

(* Some options require special hardware for operation. For example, GPS field tracking would require mobile GPS transmitters - ASC can provide the complete solution.)
