and at least 1-2 years demonstrated experience in technical product support. Your technical background in support of business

environment will help you here. Experience with software development, business systems and/or accounting, and SQL scripts would be a real plus.

| Technical Support - Professional Services: Requires a degree and at least 1 year experience in some type of technical product support. Our ideal candidate will have 2-3 years experience working with customers and coordinating implementations of business systems. Any project management, industrial engineering, or accounting background (Microsoft Dynamics) would be a real plus. You must have: excellent communication skills, excellent computer skills, enjoy challenging projects, and the ability to do some travel. |
Technical Support - Accounting Services: Requires a degree and preferably some type of accounting experience. Your technical background in support of users with business systems, accounting, and training skills will help you here. Any experience with Microsoft Dynamics accounting solutions (especially Great Plains) would be a real plus. You will be mainly working with Microsoft Dynamics products and providing support and training to our clients using those products. |
| Sales and Marketing People: A degree plus sales experience is required. The idea candidate will have some experience in accounting, ERP software, or CIO level sales experience. Software sales or Supply Chain industry experience is desired, but not required as we will train the right candidate. Information Technology experience is a real plus. |
